Selling a feeling, not a floor plan
At this level, buyers have seen plenty of beautiful houses. What sets The Heritage apart is how it feels to be there: old wood and clean lines, light through tall windows, and the mountains right outside. The film had to carry that before anyone books a viewing.
Drone shots place the house in its setting with the pool and the valley, then the camera moves inside: the open living area, the staircase, the bedrooms and the view from the balcony. Calm, steady movement and natural light let the materials speak for themselves.
